The player stays blank or keeps loading

Press Play first: the external game starts loading only after you choose to open it. Give the game time to fetch its assets, especially on a slower connection. The player frame loading is not proof that every game asset has finished.

Use Reload game once if the frame stalls. Reloading can lose an unfinished run. If the problem continues, use the provider link below to check whether the game also fails there. A provider-side failure cannot be fixed by refreshing our page repeatedly.

An up-to-date browser and a connection that can reach the game host are useful starting points. Do not disable browser security protections to make a game load.

The keys do nothing, or the page moves

Click inside the game or choose Focus game in the toolbar. Then check your player slot: player one uses A/D and W, while the arrow layout belongs to player three.

For four local players, check that the keyboard has a numeric keypad. If a key works alone but not when several friends press buttons together, the keyboard may not support that particular simultaneous combination.

There is no sound

Interact with the game first; browsers can delay sound until a user action. Check the game’s own sound setting, then the browser tab mute setting and your device volume.

This site does not control the game’s internal sound mixer. The fullscreen and share buttons are website controls; they do not unmute the embedded game.

Fullscreen is unavailable or looks cramped

Choose Fullscreen from the player toolbar. Support varies by browser, particularly on phones. If the fullscreen request is unavailable, the game can still run in the normal page layout.

On a small touchscreen, try landscape orientation. Leave fullscreen using Escape on a desktop or the device’s own fullscreen controls. Physical phone testing remains pending, so compatibility with every phone is not guaranteed.

Play works, but online rooms do not

Local Play and Play Online use different capabilities. The game needs its external room service for internet multiplayer. Even if the homepage and graphics load normally, that service can be unavailable.

Check that friends are in Fartnership, not the separate Steam Fart Together game. Follow the current room instructions in the game. If a room cannot be created or joined, try again later; local play remains an alternative.

Record a useful problem description

Write down the browser and device, whether you used Play or Play Online, and the exact message shown. Include the point at which the problem starts: website, game menu, room, or active run.

Use the provider’s support links for issues inside the game. Avoid posting private room information publicly. Clear reproduction steps are more useful than simply saying the game is broken.

A few more things to know

Does reloading preserve my current run?+

Do not rely on it. Reloading replaces the game frame and can discard the current session. Use it when you are prepared to restart.

Can this site restore an online room?+

No. Room hosting and gameplay are handled by the embedded game and its service. This website cannot recover a room or player progress.
